'mktg, inc.' Receives Notification of Non-Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules

'mktg, inc.' (NASDAQ:CMKG), an alternative marketing and media communications agency, reported that on November 20, 2008 it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market notifying it that the Company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) because of the Company's failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2008.
