Aon Completes Acquisition of Benfield Group Limited

Aon Corporation (NYSE:AOC) announced that it has completed its acquisition of Benfield Group Limited, creating Aon Benfield - the world's premiere reinsurance intermediary and capital advisor - which will launch on December 1.
