Amarc Arranges $500,000 Financing

Amarc Resources Ltd. ("Amarc" or the "Company") (TSX Venture: AHR; OTCBB: AXREF) announces that the Company has arranged a private placement of up to 5,000,000 equity units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit comprises one flow-through common share and one non-flow-through warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.10 for a 24 month period. Insiders of the Company will subscribe for all of the Units. Proceeds from the offering will be used for Canadian exploration expenses. The financing is subject to TSX Venture acceptance.
