Belzberg Technologies Inc. Appoints New CEO

Belzberg Technologies Inc. ("Belzberg") (TSX: BLZ) announced that Judith Robertson has been named President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective today. Ms. Robertson replaces Sidney H. Belzberg who remains as a Director of the Company. Robert Morrison resigned as a Director of the Company, effective December 25, 2008. Cam MacDonald, an independent director of Belzberg Technologies and the President and Chief Executive of Goodwood Inc., a Toronto based investment manager, will serve as interim Chairman.
