Abt Associates announced that Valerie DeFillipo, a reproductive health and rights expert, has joined the company as Vice President for Business Development and Communications for its International Line of Business. DeFillipo joins Abt Associates from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) in London, where for the last five years she served as Director of External Affairs.
