Anyone who has gone through finding a long-term care facility for their loved one knows how difficult is to search for and find a care facility such as a nursing home or assisted living. They would know how senior living can be expensive and stressful, trying to find a place that provides the safety, resources and meets the financial demands of senior citizens without knowing prudent information, consumer rating/family survey, performance background and complaint history. We, the baby boomers, do not have enough time to go to all the governmental offices and research the information needed in person. We have been trained to demand instant information.
