When Candi Carter struggled to help her speech-delayed son learn and communicate she turned to the one thing that's always inspired and motivated her - hip hop music. Carter quickly saw that by incorporating music, rhythm and beats into learning, her son learned much faster and thus "It's Hip Hop, Baby!" DVD series was born.
