African Diamond Announces Negotiations with Lost Creek

The African Diamond Company (trading in the pink sheets under the symbol AFDM and referred to herein as AFDM or the Company) announced that it has entered into negotiations aimed at reaching agreement upon a letter of intent with Lost Creek Land & Mineral Company, a private Kentucky corporation, to work together to acquire mineral leases on coal bearing properties.
