Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) today introduced accessories designed to reduce unscheduled downtime and inefficiency in typical analytical workflows resulting from running out of carrier gas for gas chromatography (GC) or time lost searching for the correct size syringe. Agilent’s new Low-Gas Alarm gas-management system is a simple, safe, reliable and economical device that alerts the GC operator before a gas cylinder becomes empty and shuts the instrument down.
