"Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) are port of the preferred treatment regimens for individuals infected with HIV These NNRTI-based regimens are efficacious, but the most popular NNRTIs have a low genetic barrier to resistance and have been associated with adverse events.
