Acacia Technologies Enters into License Agreement with NetIQ Corporation

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced that its subsidiary Diagnostic Systems Corporation has entered into a license agreement with NetIQ Corporation covering a portfolio of patents that apply to rule-based monitoring. This resolves a dispute that was pending in the District Court for the Central District of California.
