acardo Wins Patent Case, as Catalina Drops Patent Infringement Charges

According to information from the Federal Court of Justice (FCJ) in the hearing on 2009-03-26, Catalina Marketing withdrew the appeal against the verdict of the Federal Patent Court on 2007-01-09. Therefore the basis for the pending infringement procedure against acardo in the second instance at the Oberlandesgericht (Provincial court of appeal) Munich, has been withdrawn as well.
