Local Medical Association Opposes Two State Propositions

The San Francisco Medical Society's board of directors has voted unanimously to urge defeat of state propositions D and E, which will appear on the Special Election ballot of May 19. Both propositions would divert funds from existing programs, previously established by state voters, which are successfully helping children and the mentally ill.
