AeroCentury Corp. (AMEX:ACY), an independent aircraft leasing company, reported its preliminary, unaudited operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009. For the quarter ended March 31, 2009, the Company reported total revenues of $8.0 million compared with total revenues of $7.8 million for the same period a year ago. The Company reported net income of $1,238,000 or $0.80 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2009, compared to net income of $296,000 or $0.18 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2008.
