Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (Advanced Cell, ACT) (OTC: ACTC) announced that it has filed its Form 10-Q for its 2008 second and third quarters for the three months ended June 30, 2008 and September 30, 2008. The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-K for the year-ended December 31, 2008 and Form10-Q for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 prior to the end of this quarter.
