AAHSA Joins Sixty Aging and Disability Groups to Fight for Long-Term Services and Supports in Health Care Reform

The American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) today joined more than 60 aging and disability organizations to urge legislators to make long-term services and supports (LTSS) a part of health care reform legislation. The groups partnered on a full-page ad in Roll Call today and on a Congressional call-in day. Participating organizations include AARP, Alzheimer's Association, Paralyzed Veterans of America, SEIU, National Council on Aging, The Arc of the United States, and numerous consumer, service provider and labor groups.
