Alameda Alliance for Health (Alliance) has expanded its service offerings for low-income residents in Alameda County by including Plan Certified Staff at the Alliance Community Outreach Center in Oakland. Plan Certified Staff can help families apply for their children for comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage through the Healthy Families Program. Plan Certified Staff can also help current Healthy Families Program members explore plan change options available in Alameda County and assist with requesting plan changes—which are allowed for any reason—during the yearly open enrollment period.
