Aero Performance Products, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AERP) announced the resignations of Bryan Hunsaker as chief executive officer and director and Robert McMichael as director of the company, effective June 5, 2009. Before the resignations became effective, the Board appointed Robert McCoy, a former director of the company, to serve on the Board. Mr. McCoy is now the sole director of the company.
