Alameda Alliance for Health Celebrates Enrollment of Its 100,000th Member

Alameda Alliance for Health (the Alliance) has reached a major milestone in its mission to provide quality health care to low-income residents in Alameda County. The Alliance celebrated this achievement at its board meeting last week. Mr. Larry Reddix, a resident of San Leandro, was recognized following the meeting as the 100,000th Alliance member. "My sister recommended the Alliance. She said it's the best plan to join, so I did," said Mr. Reddix. "I like everything the Alliance does, and I get the best service. To get medicine or go to the doctor, all you have to do is show your Alliance ID card. You don't have to wait long to be seen. I should have joined a long time...
