(NYSE: AGN) announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved OZURDEX™ (dexamethasone intravitreal implant) 0.7 mg as the first drug therapy indicated for the treatment of macular edema following branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) or central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO).
