Forterus Inc. Elects Jeff Walton, Former Bear Stearns President, to Board of Directors; Applying to Open New Facility near Los Angeles

Forterus Inc. (Pink Sheets: FTER), which, through its ABTTC Inc. division provides drug and alcohol rehabilitation and other behavioral healthcare services, announced that Jeff Walton, former President, CEO and Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage Corporation, has been elected to a special one-year term on the Company's Board of Directors

"Jeff has significant Wall Street experience and one of his assignments will be to utilize his financial contacts to assist Forterus in raising capital," said Paul Howarth, CEO.
