Laburnum announces name change to AGR Tools, Inc.

Laburnum Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB:LBUV) is pleased to announce that it has filed Articles of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of State to merge with its wholly owned subsidiary, AGR Tools, Inc. and amended its Articles of Incorporation accordingly to reflect the name change to AGR Tools, Inc.

Laburnum has submitted a name change application with FINRA to process the name change and to obtain a new ticker symbol. It is anticipated the process will take three to four weeks.
