Managed Health Care, Emerlyn sign license agreement for pharmaceutical purchasing software

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA), an alternate site GPO (global process outsourcing) company, and Emerlyn have entered into a joint marketing and licensing agreement for Emerlyn's SureCost, pharmaceutical purchasing application. The agreement, which calls for MHA to hold an exclusive license to market SureCost within the LTC (long term care) pharmacy market, will integrate SureCost into MHA's services and use MHA's sales team to introduce SureCost to the long term care pharmacy market.
