HepaLife enters into exclusive license agreement for flu vaccine development, including bird flu

As part of its effort to expand its cell-based research and development activities, HepaLife Technologies, Inc., (HPLF), through a wholly owned subsidiary, announced that it has entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Michigan State University (MSU) for the development of new cell-culture-based flu vaccines to protect against the spread of influenza viruses among humans, including potentially the high pathogenicity H5N1 virus.
