ALFA Honors End of Life Choices

The nation's leading association for professionally managed assisted living companies today testified about the importance of respecting the end of life choices made by aging Americans.

Richard Grimes, the President and CEO of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), said the assisted living philosophy presumes seniors know what is best for them in testimony submitted to the Senate Special Committee on Aging which held a hearing today called Honoring Final Wishes: How to Respect Americans' Choices at the End of Life.
