Sister of girl who died with cocaine in system taken from mother

The older sister of a 3-year-old girl who died with cocaine in her bloodstream is now living with their grandmother after being removed from the custody of their mother, a Tennessee spokesman said.

Jakrya Webster, 7, was initially in the custody of the state Department of Children's Services but is now living with her grandmother, DCS spokeswoman Andrea Tuner said.

"We were unsure about the situation surrounding her sibling's death," Turner said. "We were wanting to investigate fully. And in doing so, we felt the best possible way to do that would be to take her into custody so we could complete a home study and then determine the best possible...
