Iowa Medicaid Demonstration Finds Tel-Assurance Remote Monitoring Platform Improved Health Status and Saved $5 Million

Pharos Innovations, a pioneer in assisting clients to achieve next generation clinical and financial performance improvement through a device-free remote monitoring platform, announced the results from the Iowa Medicaid Congestive Heart Failure Population Disease Management Demonstration. The one year demonstration, conducted between October, 2006 and October, 2007 confirmed that Pharos Innovations' Tel-Assurance remote monitoring platform reduced the need for costly acute care services, saving Iowa Medicaid nearly $3 million.
