HealthMarkets' Subsidiaries Reach Settlement with State Regulators

HealthMarkets, Inc. announced that its insurance subsidiaries have reached a comprehensive settlement with state insurance regulators leading a multi-state examination of HealthMarkets' insurance subsidiaries.
