Biotech company reports new option grant under NASDAQ market rule

Boston Life Sciences, Inc., (BLSI) announced, in accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350, as amended, that it has granted inducement stock options in connection with the commencement of employment of Mark Pykett, the company's Executive VP and chief operating officer.

These options were granted without stockholder approval pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4350(i)(1)(A)(iv) under the following terms:

1) 500,000 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $0.75, of which 125,000 options vested immediately upon grant; and

2) the remaining 375,000 options will vest monthly in equal installments over 4 years, subject...
