InSight receives JCAHO accreditation for mobile diagnostic imaging units

InSight Health Services Corp. announced that its subsidiary, InSight Health Corp., has received from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) the Gold Seal Of Approval for its mobile diagnostic imaging units by demonstrating compliance with the JCAHO's national standards for health care quality and safety. This accreditation excludes the fixed-site diagnostic imaging centers InSight operates throughout the nation, although one of its fixed-site diagnostic imaging centers, Chattanooga Outpatient Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is JCAHO accredited.
