For some people, a reward means picking up a pricey pair of shoes after a bad day at work, getting a new bike for a good report card, or indulging in a hot fudge sundae after dropping a few stubborn pounds. For 5-year-old Samantha Fox of Royal Oak, a reward is being suspended inside a large, metal cage by 4-foot bungee cords attached at her waist. "Mom, I'm going to fly now," she announces excitedly.
