Research from Kitasato University provides new data about bacterial meningitis therapy

New research, 'Rapid detection of eight causative pathogens for the diagnosis of bacterial meningitis by real-time PCR,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research from Tokyo, Japan, "We aimed to detect causative pathogens in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) collected from patients diagnosed with bacterial meningitis by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
