Investigators at Third Military Medical University, Research Center release new data on life sciences

Current study results from the report, 'Structural requirements of anthocyanins in relation to inhibition of endothelial injury induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein and correlation with radical scavenging activity,' have been published. According to recent research from Chongqing, People's Republic of China, "Anthocyanins may play an important role in atherosclerosis prevention. However, the structure-function relationships are not well understood."
