An injectable gel combining cisplatin and epinephrine is effective in treating cancers of the head and neck, according to a new study published in the Archives of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. According to background information, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) is diagnosed in about 40,000 Americans each year and more than 600,000 people worldwide. Barry L.
