Clinical software company reports 7% increase in revenue

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., (MDRX), a provider of clinical software and information solutions focused on physicians, announced its results for the 3 months ended March 31, 2003.

Total revenue for the 3 months ended March 31, 2003, was $20.0 million, increasing by 7% over the 3 months ended March 31, 2002. For the 3 months ended March 31, 2003, revenue from software and information services was $7.9 million, increasing by 26% over the comparable period last year.

Net loss for the 3 months ended March 31, 2003, was $2.1 million, or $0.05 per share, compared with a net loss of $6.0 million, or $0.16 per share for the same period last...
