Some MG seronegative patients may be MuSK antibody positive

MG seronegative patients may be atypical and some can be identified by MuSK antibody positivity. "Serum antibodies to muscle specific receptor tyrosine kinase (MuSK) were detected in 12/32 patients with generalized seronegative MG. All were women, with onset between ages 21-59.
