Weight loss clinic opens in Texas

Medifast, Inc., (AMEX:MED) announced that it has opened four corporately owned Hi-Energy Weight Control Centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas-area.

The new clinics are part of the company's nationwide expansion of its popular line of weight management clinics, which offer products and programs targeted at consumers with clinical obesity and diabetes. The company reopened seven clinics and its corporate offices in Florida, which were damaged by the hurricanes affecting the southeastern United States.
