Researchers describe findings in angioplasty studies

Angioplasty research advances have been reported from Finland, Japan and the United States.

Study 1: Researchers have investigated infra-inguinal percutaneous transluminal angioplasty for limb salvage.

In a recent article published in the journal Acta Radiologica, scientists in Finland conducted a study "to review the feasibility of infra-inguinal angioplasty in the management of critical limb ischemia (CLI)."
