Reports from the United States, United Kingdom and Germany highlight recent research on antiviral therapy. Study 1: Chronic hepatitis C responds well to interferon alfacon-1 combination therapy. "Despite advances in the therapy of chronic hepatitis C, a large number of patients do not respond to current therapies.
