"Many patients with MS consider cannabinoids as an alternative treatment for spasticity, pain, and other MS symptoms. Pathophysiological considerations, animal experiments, single case reports, and a few small case series indicate indeed that cannabinoids may improve these symptoms," investigators in Germany reported.
