Study 1: A recent review focused on the influence of leptin on hippocampal synaptic plasticity.
According to reviewers in Scotland, "It is well documented that the hormone leptin signals information regarding the status of fat stores to hypothalamic nuclei, which in turn control feeding behavior and body weight.
