Finding the proper balance between staffing and budget is a constant challenge for an organization's marketing leaders. Across industries, staffing metrics are one tool that marketing executives have used to determine appropriate staffing and resource levels for their group. Benchmarking leader Best Practices, LLC has published a cross-industry study that examines in detail staffing levels and how they relate to budget and total revenue.
