ADP Announces Passing of Founder and Honorary Chairman Henry Taub

2011 APR 18 -- Automatic Data Processing, Inc., announced that Henry Taub, company founder and honorary chairman of ADP's Board of Directors, passed away yesterday at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York at the age of 83.

An entrepreneur, business visionary and philanthropist, Mr. Taub established ADP in 1949 when he identified the opportunity to relieve business owners of the burdens of administrative functions, such as payroll processing, so they could instead concentrate on expanding their businesses.
