Hospira reports on election of new board members

Hospira, Inc., (HSP), a hospital products company, recently held its second annual meeting of shareholders in Wilmington, Delaware, where it elected the following directors: Mark F. Wheeler (for a 1-year term expiring in 2007), Ronald A. Matricaria (for a 2-year term expiring in 2008), and Christopher B. Begley and John C. Staley (for 3-year terms expiring in 2009).

The agenda included shareholder votes on two proposals and a brief update on the company's progress and strategy.
