ATS Promotes Michael Kramer to CFO Role

ATS Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSI), manufacturer and marketer of state-of-the-art cardiac surgery products and services, announced that its Board of Directors has formally appointed Michael Kramer to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kramer had served as the Company's Acting Chief Financial Officer since February 2007.
