BSD-2000 Hyperthermia System Acquired by Long Beach Memorial Medical Center

BSD Medical Corp. (AMEX: BSM) announced that Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach, California has increased its hyperthermia program for cancer treatment with the acquisition of a BSD-2000 hyperthermia system for clinical investigations under FDA approved protocols. "With the addition of the BSD-2000, we now have a comprehensive hyperthermia treatment center, with the ability to offer our patients a complete cancer therapy program for treating superficial tumors and clinical studies of tumors deep in the body," said Dr. Nisar Syed, chief of radiology at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.
