Owens & Minor Announces Increased Cash Dividend for First Quarter 2008

Owens & Minor (NYSE:OMI) announced that its board of directors has approved the payment of the first quarter 2008 cash dividend in the amount of $0.20 per share, a 17.6% increase over 2007. The cash dividend is payable on March 31, 2008, to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2008. The company currently has approximately 40,892,656 common shares outstanding.
