South Texas Oil Company (NASDAQ:STXX) announced that it will be a presenting company at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's (IPAA) Oil & Gas Investment Symposium Small Cap conference in Manalapan, Fla.

South Texas Oil Company's Chairman and CEO Mike Pawelek is scheduled to present on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM EST. The IPAA presentation will be webcast and is available by accessing the IPAA website at www.ipaa.org.
