Alpha Innotech Announces the Election of Two New Board Members

Alpha Innotech Corp. (OTCBB:APNO), a leading provider of gel imaging systems for drug discovery and life science research, announced that Mssrs. Chris van Ingen and Dr. Shahram Hejazi were elected to its Board of Directors during the Company's most recent annual meeting.

Mr. van Ingen has served as a consultant to the Company since 2008. He retired in 2007 from his position as President of the Bio-Analytical Measurement business of Agilent Technologies, Inc., a position he had held since May 2001. Prior to that, Mr. van Ingen was Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Chemical Analysis Group at Hewlett Packard from 1996 to April 2001, and held several other senior...
