Scale Venture Partners Completes 2009 with Two Strong Exits

Scale Venture Partners announced that it had an active 2009 and was pleased to close the year with two significant exits: Omniture was acquired by Adobe for $1.8 billion and ScanSafe was acquired by Cisco for $183 million. In addition, one of the firm's portfolio companies, medical device company Alimera Sciences, filed its S-1 in November.
